The Future of “Fair”
The Fair Work Commission is going through some interesting changes, with a newly appointed president Justice Iain Ross delivering the Commission’s 2012-2013 strategic plan , Future Directions.
The publication identifies 25 initiatives in total, including fairness and access to justice, accountability, innovation and timeliness, as well as to supporting workplace productivity.
To help deliver on this new strategic direction, demonz have been engaged to deliver a new digital platform to be built on the Drupal CMS.
One of the key requirements for the platform will be respond to recent changes in audience behaviours. None more so than the increase in employees and employers seeking assistance with out legal representation.
