Laing + Simmons approached us wanting to find a client management solution. Their existing system was far too complex to access information efficiently and employees were becoming frustrated, and losing potential sales. They knew there must be a better solution.
Demonz media designed the appliation around a very easy to use interface which governed the look and feel for the whole project. The program has a very "fresh" feel about it and displays information to the user in a straightforward format. This effectively increased usability of the program and insured a more pleasant user experience. The user interface became the main focus for the project, setting real base apart form the competition.
To enhance the usability and functionality of the program, an Australian postcode database with their corresponding suburbs was included. This soon became a very useful feature of the program especially when inputing client information.
The program also feature an advanced search engine which allows the user to search for specific clients or groups of clients by utilising all client fields. Clients could then be contacted and valuable marketing campaigns can then by creating mail or email merges.
Another great feature of this program is the ability to match buyers to sellers. Agents can select sellers and search the database for buyers who are interested in similar properties. These has dramatically increased the performance of the Laing + Simmons sales team.
The program also featured an advanced reminder system for a smooth operation. It ensures that Laing + Simmons Staff can complete all tasks on an hourly or daily basis. Laing + Simmons were left with a project beyond the expected...
