Although the winter solstice has passed and the days are
getting longer, the winter chill is definitely holding strong. With the
overwhelming success of last year’s Winter Festival, this year is expected to
turn out with over 400,000 visitors. The aim of the game; to create a warm
winter experience based on European tradition, with European food and wine, music,
and even an alpine village packed with cosy bars.

The Winter Festival boasts a number of fun events and
experiences, the most spectacular of which is a large outdoor ice rink,
currently situated next to the beach in Bondi, where it will remain until the
25th of July until moving to Melbourne. Four times larger than last
year’s rink and open from morning till 10pm, it’s definitely a must for winter
lovers.
